Here’s an update on the Becoming Crew Learning Marathon which I recorded in the woods this evening.

We will be creating a trusted, open and safe space for deep learning
The Learning marathon is really appealing to people to keep them accountable to their development though a committed process
The backbone of the 6 month process is the 3 hour online evening gathering every two weeks curated and hosted by each participant so we have 12 unique learning sessions.
‘How can we learn to think like nature works’ is really connecting with folks
