We’ve just opened applications for The Remix 2024.

This will be the second year.

The first year was profound.

We have been digging really deep figuring out how and what to evolve this year, so to offer something that feels both vital and supportive for these unravelling times.

What’s new in 2024

6 Month Program (May - Oct)

The big change is we are moving from 3 months to 6 months - last year was very full and we want to create more space for creative practice alongside deepening our entanglement with the living world in the places we call home.

Hybrid - On Land and Online

This is a big shift and one we are desperate to offer. We will start the journey together on a landscape in Somerset, UK for two nights in May.

We will camp together, living as community and get to know each other .

On the second night we are offering a guided overnight solo to everyone who would like to participate - a night under the stars, in solitude & silence to root your intentions for this adventure.

Then we move online as a crew.

We will end the 6 month adventure with a guided, self-placed Threshold Walk, integrating your learnings with the land near to you.

Guest Talks & Guest Workshops

The journey moves through a cycle of 3 phases, each lasting 2 months. We will be joined by a guest speaker and a more participatory guest workshop during each phase.

Joining us for a second year is philosopher, writer and post-activist Bayo Akomolafe.

Ella Saltmarshe, writer, educator and creator of the Long Time Project who works at the intersection of culture, narrative and systems change

Anab Jain, designer, futurist, film-maker, educator and co-founder of Superflux Studios.

Dedicated Crew Pod Guides

The cohort will be split into home learning crew pods to support each others ongoing creative practice and experimentation - we will provide an experienced guide in each pod to help facilitate that process.
